About us

Emsworth  Volunteer Fire Company
171 Center Avenue
Emsworth, PA 15202

The Emsworth Volunteer Fire Company was organized in 1905, and we are now in our second century of providing the community with dedicated service. Since our inception, we have responded to calls 24 hours a day, 365 days per year regardless of holidays, the weather, or personal events.

Our firefighters have logged thousands of man-hours for fires, emergencies, training, and fund-raising activities. We constantly

strive for improvement, and to do this we ask for financial help. Through donations and our other means of fund-raising, we have been able to update our communications center, purchase much-needed fire and rescue equipment, and outfit our firefighters with full protective turnout gear such as bunker coats, pants, helmets, boots, gloves, and Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA).  Each year, it is our goal to continue updating our equipment and providing the best training to our firefighters with the donations received from our residents, businesses, and other outside sources. We continuously maintain and upgrade our equipment to meet new standards, and keep it in proper working order so that we can protect our community members with outstanding fire, emergency, and rescue services. Your financial support is greatly appreciated.

Thank You For Your Continued Support!
